To support this ESC Global has a Quality Manual setting out our intentions and this is further strengthened by a comprehensive set of operating procedures.
ESC Global has endeavoured to ensure all staff have received sufficient training in quality issues to understand the Quality System and appreciate that quality assurance requires the willing involvement of every employee. To ensure that this policy is fully understood, implemented and maintained, all employees are made aware of this policy and informed of the requirements of the Quality Management System.
