ESC 19L

Alkalinity Builder

ESC 19L is a concentrated alkalinity builder. This product is recommended for raising boiler or cooling water internal pH where the natural feed water alkalinity or cycles of concentration are low. Hydroxide concentration is directly elevated to promote boiler internal softening and control of corrosion. ESC 19L does not contribute to the formation of carbon dioxide in the steam phase and is acceptable for use in carbonate, phosphate or polymeric based boiler treatment.

ESC 19L may be fed directly from the shipping container or diluted with pure condensate or pre feed water in a chemical mix tank. The product is compatible with all alkaline based treatments.

ESC19L is adjustable by maintaining P, M or OH alkalinity limits using standard titration methods or a pH meter. An ESC Ltd representative will work closely with plant personnel to initiate and maintain effective control procedures

Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes to prevent caustic burning and to prevent irritation. In the event of accidental contact flush the area with plenty of water and seek medical attention.Follow MSDS

An ESC Global field representative will work closely with our customer personnel to ensure the effective application of the water treatment programme. Qualified personnel will provide regular service calls.

ESC19L treatments are shipped in 25lt, 200lt and 1000lt non returnable containers.
