ESC 456N

Anti Scale Product

ESC 456N is a special combination of an organic sequestrant and 2 scientifically balanced, low molecular weight, synthetic polymers designed to act synergistically in dispersing metal oxide corrosion by-products and precipitates normally found in boiler water. ESC 456N effectively suspends and removes, through regular blow down insoluble metal oxides which are the prime cause of boiler tube thermal rupture. In addition boiler precipitates are modified by €crystal distortion€ to prevent the formation of harmful [fuel inefficient] heat inhibiting deposits.

To maintain corrosion and deposit free heat transfer surfaces within steam boiler systems. The product is specifically designed to perform in high pressure systems up to 30 bar [400 psi]. ESC 456N will outperform all other dispersants.

The dosage of ESC 456N is proportional to the amount of insoluble contaminants anticipated in the boiler water. ESC Ltd representatives will provide concentration data based on individual system requirements. Minimum effective dosage should not be less that 300 ppm at boiler concentrations.

The formulation may be fed directly from the shipping container in direct proportion to the quantity of make-up or steam produced. ESC 456N is compatible with most boiler treatment chemicals for easy application in diluted mix tanks.

Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes to prevent irritation. In the case of accidental contact flush the affected area with water and seek medical attention. The product should not be ingested. Please refer to the Materials Handling and Safety Data Sheets for handling and storage instructions.

ESC 456N treatments are shipped in 25lt and 200lt non returnable containers.
