Boiler Water Treatment

ESC R123L is a combined oxygen scavenger, dispersing agent and pH adjuster for use in close circuit boilers or cooling systems. The polymeric action of the dispersing agent ensures mobilisation of any sludge or deposited particles within the system. Correct pH adjustment ensures passivation of all metal surfaces against corrosion.

Chemical dosage of ESC R123L will depend upon each system requirement. Our technical representative can advise on each specific system requirement. Typical dosage of 0.4 litres per m3 of system volume is required..

ESC R123L can be dosed directly from the shipping container or diluted with clean water in a chemical mix tank. ESC R123L is best utilised by dosing with a proportional chemical doing pump.

Test kits are available to control reserves of the chemical within the system.

Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. This product should be handled in accordance with the material safety data sheets which will be issued to all users at the time of order placement. Please refer to the Materials Handling and Safety Data Sheets for handling and storage instructions.

An ESC Global field representative will work closely with our customer personnel to ensure the effective application of the water treatment programme. Qualified personnel will provide regular service calls.

ESC R123L treatments are shipped in 25lt and 205lt non returnable containers.
