ESC R330L is a high performance oxygen scavenger and condensate corrosion inhibitor specifically designed for use in medium and high pressure boiler circuits as a specific hydrazine replacement. This product is based on DEHA [Diethyl Hydroxylamine] as oxygen scavenger.

Chemical dosage of ESC R330L will depend upon each system requirement. The dosage depends on various factors such as the presence of de aerated feed and oxygen content. Our technical representative can advise on each specific system requirement.

ESC R330L can be dosed directly from the shipping container however the drum must be sealed to prevent oxygen ingress. ESC R330L is best utilised by dosing with a proportional chemical dosing pump.

Test kits are available to control reserves of the chemical within the system.

Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes to prevent irritation. In the case of accidental contact flush the affected area with water and seek medical attention. The product should not be ingested. Please refer to the Materials Handling and Safety Data Sheets for handling and storage instructions.

An ESC Global field representative will work closely with our customer personnel to ensure the effective application of the water treatment programme. Qualified personnel will provide regular service calls.

ESC R330L treatments are shipped in 25lt, 205lt and 1000lt non returnable containers.
