Acidified Liquid Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor

ESC CW927L is specifically designed for the scale and corrosion inhibition in open cooling water systems where temporary and permanent hardness cause severe alkalinity elevation. Based on acidified phosphonate this product can be utilized in small to medium sized systems.

pH of 1% solution: 2

The dosage rates are dependent on the level of hardness contamination. However an average dosage would expect to maintain 300 ppm CW927L within the system. Our technical representative can advise on each specific system requirement.

A simple phosphonate drop test can be utilised to determine system reserves.

Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes to prevent irritation. In the case of accidental contact flush the area with water and seek medical attention. The product should not be ingested. Please refer to the Materials Handling and Safety Data Sheets for handling and storage instructions.

An ESC Global field representative will work closely with our customer personnel to ensure the effective application of the water treatment programme. Qualified personnel will provide regular service calls.
